Program Overview: Summit: Advanced Coaching for Transformational Leaders
Summit is an application-based professional learning experience grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. This program is designed to strengthen your identity as a transformational leader and equip you with high-impact coaching practices that foster lasting improvement across schools and systems.
Summit is:
Rooted in real-time application of coaching skills, giving participants the opportunity to lead meaningful conversations and drive change within their current leadership roles.
Designed to cultivate growth through intentional self-reflection, active practice, and continuous improvement.
Tailored to empower leaders to navigate and solve organizational, interpersonal, and personal challenges more effectively.
Program Structure & Expectations
To ensure meaningful learning and leadership transformation, participants must:
Fully participate in all professional learning sessions—both in-person and virtual
Engage in targeted tasks following each in-person learning day, designed to deepen understanding and translate learning into immediate practice
Actively coach a minimum of four individuals, either through PSB leadership programs, your current role, or a combination of both
Submit one coaching video per month for four consecutive months; receive individualized feedback from a Summit mentor; and apply the feedback to improve and inform your next video submission
Complete all required coaching plans, reflections, and video annotations
Summit is a high-accountability, high-support experience for educators committed to advancing their leadership and building capacity in others. Participants will leave with sharper tools, clearer vision, and a renewed sense of purpose to lead for equity, excellence, and meaningful change.
