Participants: CSI/MRI Schools
Program Overview: Navigate(formerly SIT): refers to the strategic guidance, support, and facilitation of a school’s journey toward improved performance and equitable student outcomes. Specifically, to navigate means to:
Lead and support schools through complex change processes by analyzing data, identifying priorities, co-creating action plans, and ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.
In practice, to navigate in school improvement means:
Guiding leadership teams through root cause analysis and planning.
Helping schools interpret and act on data to make informed decisions.
Facilitating difficult conversations that uncover barriers to equity and achievement.
Keeping the school focused on outcomes, high-leverage actions, and continuous improvement.
Course-correcting when progress stalls, using evidence and collaboration.
Together, this partnership aims to build the leadership, systems, and capacity necessary to drive sustainable improvements in student outcomes and school culture.
