With the release of NM Vistas 2024, we proudly celebrate the schools that have exited school improvement designations. While we celebrate the remarkable achievement of schools exiting school improvement status, the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) emphasizes the importance of maintaining a targeted focus on continued progress in student achievement. Districts must continue to prioritize creating sustainable practices that put students first, building on a strong foundation of individual student progress while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
